These Terms of Service ("Terms") define the terms of use of the services provided by Ai Forge Zone ("We" or "Ai Forge Zone") on the website http://aiforgezone.com. By accessing or using our services, you ("User" or "Users") agree to comply with these Terms.
(Application)
These terms shall apply to all relationships related to the use of the service between the user and Ai Forge Zone.
(Registration)
Users must apply for registration through the method specified by Ai Forge Zone. Registration will be approved by Ai Forge Zone. We reserve the right to reject any registration application if we determine any of the following reasons:
- Submission of false information during the registration process.
- Violation of these terms by the applicant.
- Any other reasons deemed inappropriate for registration by Ai Forge Zone.
(User ID and Password Management)
Users are responsible for the management of their user ID and password. Users are prohibited from assigning or lending their user ID and password to third parties. Ai Forge Zone considers any login using the correct user ID and password as usage by the registered user associated with that user ID.
(Usage Fee and Payment Method)
Users agree to pay the usage fee as determined by Ai Forge Zone and displayed on the website http://aiforgezone.com. Payment shall be made by the method specified by Ai Forge Zone. In case of delayed payment, the user shall pay damages at a rate of 14.6% per year.
(Prohibited Activities)
Users agree not to engage in the following activities while using the service:
- Actions that violate laws or public order and morals.
- Actions related to criminal activities.
- Destruction or interference with the function of Ai Forge Zone's server or network.
- Actions that may interfere with the operation of Ai Forge Zone's service.
- Collection or accumulation of personal information of other users.
- Impersonation of other users.
- Any actions that directly or indirectly benefit antisocial forces in connection with Ai Forge Zone's service.
- Any other actions deemed inappropriate by Ai Forge Zone.
(Suspension of Service Provision)
Ai Forge Zone may suspend or terminate all or part of the service without prior notice if any of the following reasons occur:
- Maintenance, inspection, or updating of the computer system related to the service.
- Force majeure events such as earthquake, lightning strike, fire, blackout, or natural disaster.
- Accidents causing the stoppage of a computer or communication line.
- Any other reasons deemed difficult by Ai Forge Zone to provide the service.
Ai Forge Zone shall not be liable for any disadvantages or damages suffered by users or third parties due to the suspension or interruption of the service provision.
Usage Restriction and Deregistration
Ai Forge Zone reserves the right to restrict a user's usage of all or part of the service or to cancel user registration without prior notice in the following cases:
- Violation of any provision of these terms.
- Discovery of false information in the registration.
- Any other cases where Ai Forge Zone deems the use of the service inappropriate.
Ai Forge Zone assumes no responsibility for any damages caused to users by these actions.
(Disclaimer)
- Ai Forge Zone shall not be liable for any default unless it is based on willful or gross negligence.
- If Ai Forge Zone is liable for any reason, the compensation shall be limited to the actual damages and only for paid services within the range of the price paid (equivalent to one month in case of continuous service).
- Ai Forge Zone assumes no responsibility for transactions, communications, disputes, etc. arising between users and other users or third parties regarding this service.
(Change of Service Contents)
Ai Forge Zone reserves the right to change the contents of the service or cancel the provision of the service without notifying the user and assumes no responsibility for any resulting damages to the user.
(Change of Terms of Service)
Ai Forge Zone reserves the right to change these terms at any time without notifying the user.
(Notification or Contact)
Notifications or contacts between the user and Ai Forge Zone shall be made in the manner prescribed by Ai Forge Zone.
(Prohibition of Assignment of Rights and Obligations)
Users may not assign their position under the contract or the rights or obligations based on these terms to a third party or make them available for collateral without prior written consent from Ai Forge Zone.
(Governing Law & Jurisdiction)
In case of a dispute regarding this service, the exclusive jurisdiction shall be the court having jurisdiction over Ai Forge Zone's address.
(Subscription Services)
Ai Forge Zone offers some services as subscription services. The following terms apply to all subscription services:
- Subscription is valid from the day Ai Forge Zone confirms the user's payment. The validity period is specified separately.
- Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the expiration of their validity period.
- Cancellation in the middle of the subscription validity period is not allowed. It is possible to turn off automatic renewal, but Ai Forge Zone does not refund the remaining validity period.
- If the subscription expires or becomes invalid for other reasons, the service that was available before becomes unavailable. Data generated on the server before the subscription becomes invalid may not be accessible.
- Even if there is suspension or interruption of the service provision for the reasons stated in Article 6, Ai Forge Zone does not refund the amount equivalent to the time the user was unable to use the service.
- Even if the user cannot use the service due to their environment, such as an inability to connect to the Internet during the subscription's validity period, Ai Forge Zone does not refund the amount equivalent to the time the user was unable to use the service.
- Subscription fees may be subject to change. The new fee will be applied from the next renewal of the subscription.
